Courtney Troyanovych works with families and individuals on issues and concerns related to preserving, enhancing and transferring family wealth. Ms. Troyanovych works with her clients to develop comprehensive estate plans that minimize federal and state estate tax and maximize and protect wealth for future generations. Ms. Troyanovych also helps clients transfer wealth during their lifetime to minimize estate and gift tax using various planning strategies, including grantor-retained annuity trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts and qualified personal residence trusts.
Additionally, Ms. Troyanovych advises fiduciaries on the administration and settlement of trusts and estates and represents both fiduciaries and beneficiaries through estate and trust disputes, probate issues and related matters.
Ms. Troyanovych is a graduate of SUNY Cortland and received her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
She is admitted to practice in New York.
