Amanda Nardozza is an associate working in the Firm’s Litigation and Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Areas. She represents clients in a broad range of civil matters, including commercial disputes and general insurance defense. She is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, summa cum laude, where she served as an Executive Editor for the Syracuse Journal of Science and Technology Law. She was a member of the Justinian Honor Society, Travis Lewin Advocacy Honor Society and Moot Court Appellate, Trial, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Divisions.
During her tenure at Syracuse Law, Ms. Nardozza was a student attorney for the Elder and Health Law Clinic and a student prosecutor for the Academic Dishonesty Board.
She is admitted to practice in New York State.
Representative Matter
- Assisted in obtaining a no cause verdict on behalf of two police officers in a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights action alleging fabrication of evidence and malicious prosecution in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
