Michael P. Carlson is a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate and Litigation practice areas. He represents clients in all areas of real estate and business matters, including the purchase and sale of real property, the purchase and sale of businesses and related assets, development of real property, leasing, financing, and title insurance.
Mr. Carlson has also represented clients in civil disputes, including commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, title issues, foreclosure, and landlord-tenant matters.
Prior to joining Hancock Estabrook, Mr. Carlson practiced real estate law for over ten years in Massachusetts.
