Cameron D. Rustay represents clients in connection with commercial real estate matters, including the purchase and sale of real property, contract negotiations, foreclosures, landlord/tenant disputes and lease negotiations. As a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Practice Areas, he is dedicated to helping clients achieve their objectives while safeguarding their interests throughout every phase of a transaction.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as an Editorial Member and a Lead Articles Editor for the Syracuse Law Review.
Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Matthew J. Doran, Onondaga County Court.
He is admitted to practice in New York State.
Representative Matters
- Assisted with the sale of a portfolio of medical office properties to a private equity group. The transaction included tax and economic development incentive components.
