Hancock Estabrook, LLP is pleased to announce that S. Alexander Berlucchi has been elected to the Firm’s partnership.
Alexander Berlucchi is a member of Firm’s corporate and healthcare practices. He focuses on assisting clients with matters related to healthcare law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and labor law issues. Mr. Berlucchi assists a variety of healthcare clients with compliance issues, including providing regulatory compliance advice on the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, the Civil Monetary Penalties Law and HIPAA. Mr. Berlucchi prepares formation and operating structure agreements for healthcare organizations and physicians. He also provides guidance on fiduciary duties, healthcare compliance and corporate governance matters. He is a graduate of The University of Scranton and Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law Review. He also received a Master of Health Administration from Pennsylvania State University, Harrisburg Campus. He has been selected as an Upstate New York Super Lawyers – Rising Star and has been named to The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” list.
