Hancock Estabrook, LLP is pleased to announce that Carl L. Schmidt has joined the Firm as counsel in the Firm’s Environmental, Zoning and Land Use Practice. He focuses on all aspects of environmental law, including compliance and remediation, health and safety regulations as well as right to build issues, including compliance with the State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”).
Previously, Mr. Schmidt served as Director of Solid Waste Programs for Oswego County.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and United States Merchant Marine Academy.
Mr. Schmidt is admitted to practice in New York State.
