Overview: Compliance with the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute and the Physician Self-Referral Prohibition (commonly known as the “Stark law”) frequently affects business matters in the health care and medical technology startup business industries. The group will provide an overview of both statutes and the implications for individuals working in these industries.
