19th Annual Labor & Employment Law Symposium

Hancock Estabrook, LLP will again present its annual, half-day event, geared toward human resource personnel, business owners, public sector entities and attorneys. Topics will include updates on anti-discrimination laws, paid leave and workplace accommodation requirements, wage and hour laws, whistleblower protections, USERRA, the FTC non-compete ban, severance agreements and employment law litigation trends. We will also discuss pending legislation related to artificial intelligence, Civil Service Law, strikers, police officers, E-911 dispatchers and other topics that will impact hiring and other employment decisions.
