18th Annual Labor & Employment Law Symposium
Hancock Estabrook, LLP will again present its annual, half-day event, geared toward human resource personnel, business owners, public sector entities and attorneys at the Lodge in Skaneateles Falls, NY. Topics covered will include an update on Labor & Employment Law, anti-discrimination laws, paid leave requirements, wage and hour laws, negligence that may impact employers, First Amendment protections of employees in public and private sector workplaces, and employment law litigation trends.
