Samantha Palladino is an associate in the Firm’s Business Department with a focus on corporate law. Ms. Palladino assists clients in the drafting, negotiating and execution of buy/sell agreements and other contracts. She also drafts documents for transactional and day-to-day corporate matters and assists with compliance and governance for corporate and nonprofit clients. At her previous firm, Ms. Palladino assisted clients by providing strategic tax consulting services including tax due diligence, and tax structuring and planning for mergers and acquisitions.
She is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where she was an Associate Editor and the Form and Accuracy Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology, a Special Projects Consultant for the Innovation Law Center and a member of the Transactional Law Clinic. While in law school, Ms. Palladino also obtained a Certificate in Technology Commercialization Law.
She is admitted to practice in New York State.
