Brice Russo is an associate working across all departments of the Firm with a focus on Corporate Law. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was a Member of the Moot Court Board and a Contracts Teaching Assistant to Professor R. Michael Fischl.
During his tenure at the University of Connecticut School of Law, Mr. Russo also completed an internship at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and a summer clerkship at Smith, Buss & Jacobs in Yonkers, New York.
Prior to law school, Mr. Russo worked as a legal administrative assistant at Troutman Pepper, an AmLaw 100 firm, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He is admitted to practice in New York State.
