Alec M. Savage assists clients with a variety of corporate and transactional matters. As an associate attorney in the business department, he assists with legal research, reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, business formations and day-to-day and corporate governance issues. He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as an Executive Editorial member of the Syracuse Law Review.
During his tenure at Syracuse Law, Mr. Savage served as a judicial intern for the United States District Court, Northern District of New York, a summer intern in the Onondaga District Attorney’s Office and a Hancock Estabrook summer associate.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Savage served on active duty in the military as a United States Army Infantry Officer. He is a graduate of Ranger School, the Army’s premier combat leadership course.
He is admitted to practice in New York State.
