Hancock Estabrook LLP is pleased to announce that Joel W. Exline has been admitted to practice in New York State and is an associate in the Trusts and Estates Department. Mr. Exline counsels clients in various aspects of estate planning and administration, elder law and wealth transfer planning, assisting clients and families with establishing wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, living wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, asset preservation trusts, and supplemental needs trusts.

He is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. He previously served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Norman Mordue, United States District Court Judge, and the Honorable Howard Munson, United States District Court Judge. He also worked with the Honorable David Peebles, United States Magistrate Judge, on Social Security Appeals.

Previously, Mr. Exline was a law clerk for a boutique Trusts & Estates Firm in Upstate New York.
