Michael J. Sciotti Received Onondaga County Bar Association 2005 Pro Bono Service Award
Syracuse, New York Hancock Estabrook, LLP, Counselors at Law, is proud to announce that Michael J. Sciotti, Firm partner, was recognized for his Pro Bono work by the Onondaga County Bar Association on Law Day.
Mr. Sciotti received the 2005 Onondaga County Bar Association Distinguished Pro Bono Award in recognition of the legal counsel he provided to those who were unable to afford it. The award was presented at a ceremony held at the Onondaga County Courthouse and at the annual Luncheon at the OnCenter.

Mr. Sciotti holds a law degree and a LL.M. from the Syracuse University College of Law and a bachelor of science from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a partner with the Firm’s Labor and Employment Law Department.
Mr. Sciotti has spoken at numerous seminars on a wide variety of labor and employment topics, and is a mediator, arbitrator and early neutral evaluator for the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Sciotti is admitted to practice law in New York and Washington, D.C. and is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and United States District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of New York.
