Lindsey H. Hazelton Elected to Firm Partnership

Syracuse, New York Hancock Estabrook, LLP, Counselors at Law, announced that Lindsey H. Hazelton, who practices Labor and Employment Law with the Firm, has been elected to the Firm’s Partnership.

“It is very rewarding to be a part of the continued growth achieved by Hancock Estabrook attorneys. Lindsey’s strong knowledge of her field and professional involvement make her an asset to the Firm. We are pleased to welcome her to the Firm’s Partnership,” said Richard W. Cook, Managing Partner.

Ms. Hazelton holds a law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

Ms. Hazelton represents employers on a variety of labor and employment issues, including discrimination and harassment, employee discipline and leave matters, employment litigation defense, labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice proceedings. She is a member of the Firm’s Hiring Committee.

Ms. Hazelton is a member of the Onondaga County, St. Lawrence County, New York State and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in New York State, the United States District Court (Northern and Western Districts of New York), and the United States Court of Appeals (Fifth Circuit).

Ms. Hazelton is a member of the board of directors for Enable and the Cornell Alumni Association of Central New York. She is an Alumni Admissions Ambassador for Cornell University and a member of the Junior League of Syracuse, serving as its current Membership Development Co-chair. She lives in Manlius with her husband, David and son.
