James S. Skloda Made Partner

Syracuse, New York – Hancock Estabrook, LLP is pleased to announce that James S. Skloda has been elected to the Partnership.

Mr. Skloda, who holds a law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School and a B.A. from the University at Buffalo, is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental Law and Banking and Finance practice groups. He focuses his practice on the representation of clients ranging from small businesses and not-for-profits to international corporations in all aspects of the purchase, development and ownership of real property. Mr. Skloda is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Real Property Law Section and Committee on Condominiums and Cooperatives) and the Onondaga County Bar Association.
