On June 23, 2017, Hancock Estabrook obtained a no cause jury verdict in the Northern District of New York for a large retail store (which has over 8,000 store locations nationwide), resulting in dismissal of all claims of retaliation by a former employee under the American’s with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act and New York State Human Rights Law.
