Hancock Estabrook, LLP Welcomes Jennifer R. Bolster, Rhonda M. Corcoran, Douglas J. Gorman and James P. Youngs to the Firm

Syracuse, New York Hancock Estabrook, LLP, Counselors at Law, is pleased to announce the addition of four Associates to the Firm.

Jennifer R. Bolster has returned to the Firm after serving as Corporate Counsel to Syracuse Community Health Center, which operates several diagnostic and treatment facilities and is a federally qualified health center, and its affiliate SCHC Total Care, Inc., a Medicaid managed care organization. Ms. Bolster received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University at Albany, State University of New York (summa cum laude). She is a member of the Firm’s Health Law Practice Group, advising hospitals and other health-related entities on transactional and regulatory compliance issues. Ms. Bolster is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in New York State.

Rhonda M. Corcoran received her J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University (cum laude), with an Estate Planning concentration. She was awarded a Founders’ Academic scholarship and was a member of the Justinian Society. Ms. Corcoran served on the Executive Board of the Environmental Outlook Journal, as Managing Editor of Business and Production. She received her undergraduate degree from University at Albany, State University of New York (summa cum laude). She is admitted to practice in New York State.

Douglas J. Gorman received his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law (summa cum laude highest GPA) where he received the Chancellor’s Scholarship and the Robert and Carolyn Dineen Scholarship. He was Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law Review, President of the Justinian Honorary Law Society and a member of the Order of the Coif. He also served as an intern for Hon. David E. Peebles in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Gorman received a Bachelor of Science degree from Le Moyne College (summa cum laude). Prior to joining the Firm, he practiced in the Mergers and Acquisitions group for an international law firm. He is admitted to practice in New York State, Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

James P. Youngs received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School where he served as law clerk at the Office of Legal Policy of the U.S. Department of Justice, working on the confirmations of Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito to the U.S. Supreme Court. He was a semi-finalist in the school’s Van Vleck Constitutional Moot Court Competition and was awarded Best Regional Brief at the Constance Baker Motley National Moot Court Competition in UCLA. Mr. Youngs has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo (magna cum laude). He is admitted to practice in New York State.
