Hancock Estabrook, LLP Welcomes Associates to the Firm
Syracuse, New York Hancock Estabrook, LLP, Counselors at Law, is pleased to announce the addition of three associates to the Firm.
Melinda Burdick Bowe holds a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law (cum laude) and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Brockport (cum laude). She is a member of the Labor & Employment and Education & Municipal practice groups. In her practice she represents management in public sector collective bargaining, contract management and grievance administration and education and employment law matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Burdick Bowe represented over 20 school districts as Director of Labor Relations of the Madison-Oneida Board of Cooperative Education Services (BOCES). She also served as Assistant Director of Personnel for Madison County and as a Legislative Staff Member with the United States House of Representatives. Ms. Burdick Bowe is a member of the New York State Public Employment Labor Relations Association (NYSPERLRA), New York State Association of School Attorneys, National Public Employment Labor Relations Association, Management Advocates for School Labor Affairs and the North American Association of Educational Negotiators. She is a member of the Onondaga County and New York State Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in New York State. Ms. Burdick Bowe lives in Oneida, New York.
Timothy P. Crisafulli holds a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law (magna cum laude), a Master’s degree from Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Le Moyne College (summa cum laude). Mr. Crisafulli was a recipient of the Robert M. Anderson Publication Award, Arthur L. Cohen Scholarship and a Chancellor’s Scholar. He was a member of the Syracuse Law Review, Justinian Honorary Society and Order of the Coif. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Crisafulli was a social studies teacher with the Fayetteville-Manlius Central School District. He is admitted to practice in New York State. Mr. Crisafulli lives in Fayetteville, New York.
Zachary M. Mattison holds a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law (cum laude), and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Mr. Mattison was a member of the Justinian Honor Society and Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society. He published in the Syracuse Law and Technology Journal. Mr. Mattison is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court (NDNY). He lives in Syracuse, New York.
