Hancock Estabrook, LLP is a Founding Member of CNY MedTech, an Organization Formed to Stimulate the Growth and Success of Bioscience and Medical Technology Companies in Central New York

Syracuse, New York Hancock Estabrook, LLP, Counselors at Law, was recently recognized as one of the founding members of CNY MedTech. CNY MedTech is an organization formed to stimulate the growth and success of bioscience and medical technology companies in Central New York.

“It is a privilege to serve as a founding member and in being part of what we hope will strengthen our business community and foster relationships that promote growth and vitality in Central New York,” said Richard W. Cook, managing partner.

CNY MedTech is a new, not-for-profit regional trade association comprised of Central and Upstate New York technology manufacturers, research institutions and allied professional services, and economic development organizations with shared interests in collaboratively developing technologies, products and services for the global medical technology marketplace.

Approximately a year ago, United States Senator, Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., challenged local biotechnology leaders to make Central New York an industry center. At the first breakfast meeting with over 250 in attendance, she praised the CNY MedTech founders for taking an idea and making it a reality.
