Syracuse, New York Kenneth P. Holden, a partner at Hancock Estabrook, LLP, recently presented on the topics of natural gas leasing and compulsory integration at an Oil & Gas Seminar presented by the Onondaga County Bar Association. The full-day seminar addressed a variety of issues related to natural gas exploration and production in New York.

Mr. Holden has more than 25 years experience that includes representation of clients in oil and gas leases, conservation easements, commercial sales and purchases, lease transactions, and commercial loans.
