David G. Linger Speaks at National Business Institute Conference

Syracuse, New York Hancock Estabrook, LLP, Counselors at Law, announced that David G. Linger will be presenting at the National Business Institute conference on Superior Deposition Strategies in Civil Trial Practice. Mr. Linger will be speaking on the topics of “Preparing the Client Witness and Conducting the Deposition”.

Mr. Linger concentrates his practice in civil litigation, including commercial liability. He has also litigated cases involving insurance coverage, reinsurance and UCC issues. He has provided legal services to clients in the manufacturing, electrical cogeneration and telecommunications industries. Mr. Linger has represented clients in personal injury lawsuits, obtaining substantial recoveries. He has successfully defended snowmobile clubs in personal injury lawsuits and in cases involving attempts to limit the recreational use of public lands. Mr. Linger represents the statewide organization representing snowmobile clubs. He also lectures on the protection afforded to landowners by New York’s recreational use statute.

Mr. Linger is a graduate of George Washington University National Law Center, and a graduate of State University of New York at Albany.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Onondaga County Bar Association, United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Court of Claims.
