David G. Linger Speaks at Annual New York State Snowmobile Association Conference
Syracuse, New York Hancock Estabrook, LLP, Counselors at Law, is pleased to announce that David G. Linger, Firm partner, will be presenting to the New York State Snowmobile Association on the topics of insurance and liability issues.
The conference is being held in Auburn, New York, at the Holiday Inn on Saturday, April 9, 2005.
Mr. Linger concentrates his practice in civil litigation, including commercial liability. He has also litigated cases involving insurance coverage, reinsurance and UCC issues. He has provided legal services to clients in the manufacturing, electrical cogeneration and telecommunications industries. Mr. Linger has represented clients in personal injury lawsuits, obtaining substantial recoveries. He has successfully defended snowmobile clubs in personal injury lawsuits and in cases involving attempts to limit the recreational use of public lands. Mr. Linger represents the statewide organization representing snowmobile clubs. He also lectures on the protection afforded to landowners by New York’s recreational use statute.
Mr. Linger is a graduate of George Washington University National Law Center, and a graduate of State University of New York at Albany.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Onondaga County Bar Association, United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Court of Claims.
