Daniel B. Berman Named Leader of Commercial Litigation Practice Group
Syracuse, New York Hancock Estabrook, LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel B. Berman has been named to lead the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Mr. Berman concentrates his practice on commercial litigation including contract disputes, corporate dissolutions, business torts, trust and estate proceedings, defense and prosecution of fiduciary claims, accounting and financial professional malpractice defense and securities disputes. He is also a member of the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice groups.
Mr. Berman is a former Adjunct Professor of Law for Syracuse University College of Law and has served as an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Panel. He was recognized as a 2007 Upstate New York Super Lawyer and is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association (Trial Lawyers Section, Past Co-chair), the New York State Bar Association and the Northern District of New York Federal Bar Association.
Mr. Berman is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and Michigan State University.
