“The Other Green Development” Southern Tier Central Regional Leadership Conference

Partner Wendy A. Marsh presented “The Other Green Development” at the Southern Tier Central Regional Development Conference on April 6, 2023, at Corning Community College. The program discussed the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (“MRTA”) and what it means for your municipality.

Members of planning boards, zoning boards of appeals, and county planning boards are required by state law (Chapter 662) to receive a minimum of four (4) hours of training per year. Although there are a variety of formal and informal ways to receive training, the Regional Leadership Conference offers a convenient training opportunity to meet all of the requirements.
