New Legislation Getting Baked: NYS Cannabis Regulation Begins to Take Shape

Topic: In this session, we will discuss the basics of the Governor’s Cannabis Regulation and Taxation Act. What to be on the lookout for in the final legislation: With everything still being negotiated, what ways could it go? How is this different than previous proposals? What have we learned from other states?
