National Public Employer Labor Relations Association, “The (Juris) Doctor Is In”

On April 27, 2020, John F. Corcoran and Whitney M. Kummerow will be speaking at the Annual Training Conference of the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association in Austin, Texas.  The title of their program is “The (Juris) Doctor Is In.”

Their presentation will be a lively discussion over the myriad of ways employers can be tripped up by employee medical issues. The session will cover concerns raised by the Family and Medical Leave Act, anti-discrimination statutes, and other laws employers navigate when handling employee medical maters.
