Cost and Registration:  $250 per person (Current Clients); $295 per person (Non-Clients)

All employers are now required to provide sexual harassment training to their employees that meets numerous requirements. Hancock Estabrook Partner, Robert C. Whitaker, Jr., will offer personalized half-day seminars designed to train human resource directors, business owners and other managers on how to properly conduct this training.

Mr. Whitaker will address in detail the new training requirements and provide suggested training strategies and techniques for employers. Sample scenarios specific to each attendee’s trade or industry will be provided, and which are designed to help employers satisfy the interactive training requirement. Ultimately, those who attend will leave feeling confident in their ability to train employees and ensure their employer is compliant with both the sexual harassment training and policy requirements.
