Basic Estate and Asset Preservation Planning

Jaime J. Hunsicker, Esq.  presented “Basic Estate and Asset Preservation Planning” on March 3, 2024, at the Christ Church hosted by the Christ Church Stewardship Committee.

The presentation provided an awareness of the need for proper estate planning including basic estate planning documents, trusts, long-term care planning, Medicaid eligibility for payment of nursing home care, and the SECURE Act.
