Hancock Estabrook, LLP seeks a Senior Associate or Partner level attorney with 5 + years of corporate/transactional experience to join our Corporate Practice Group at our Syracuse office. Candidates should have experience with M&A, formation of business organizations, corporate governance matters, drafting and negotiating corporate documents such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements, buy/sell agreements, and distribution agreements, commercial contracts, bank financing and general business advice and counseling.

The salary range for this position is $115,000 – $170,000 annually and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
