Giancarlo Facciponte is an associate in the Firm’s Education, Municipal & Public Entities, Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Areas.
Mr. Facciponte concentrates his practice on various aspects of municipal, education, civil rights, and private and public employment litigation, achieving positive results in numerous reported decisions for his clients. He has experience in successfully litigating matters New York State Supreme and Appellate Court, the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Mr. Facciponte has experience with litigation and negotiation before various governmental bodies as well, including the State of New York, Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence Agency, and other agencies. He has experience in advising clients, including municipal entities and school districts, on a wide array of education, policy, and regulatory issues, as well as serving as an independent investigator or factfinder.
Mr. Facciponte is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Arts and Sciences and Syracuse University College of Law.
