Trusts & Estates Administrative Assistant

Hancock Estabrook, LLP is seeking a Legal Assistant to work full-time in its Trusts & Estates Department. Candidates must have exceptional organizational, written, verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize while interacting with a high volume of clients with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team-oriented environment while being independent and proactive and be able to anticipate needs and implement the same. Candidates must be able to perform functions such as drafting correspondence to clients and attorneys; prepare miscellaneous estate planning forms and related documents. Strong proficiencies in Word and Microsoft Outlook (calendar) are required. Experience with Excel, Worldox and Elite Time & Billing system a plus. Excellent pay and benefits.
