Warren D. Wolfson

Mr. Wolfson has extensive experience as a corporate lawyer, focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial leasing, He was most recently with the law firm of Altman & Wolfson, LLP. From 1980 to 1996, he served as General Counsel to Fay's Incorporated. While at Fay's, Mr. Wolfson also held the positions of Senior Vice President and Secretary and served as a member of Fay's board of directors. Mr. Wolfson currently serves on the board of directors of Kinney Drugs, Inc. and as Kinney's corporate secretary. He is general counsel for Cygnus Management Group, LLC.
