Timothy P. Murphy is a partner in the Litigation Practice. He is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and is the Firm's Business Development Partner. Mr. Murphy has also served as the Firm’s Hiring Partner and Long Range Planning Committee Chairman. He has successfully tried and litigated cases in state and federal courts for more than 20 years, including cases involving commercial disputes, product liability, health care defense, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and mass torts matters. As part of Mr. Murphy's practice, he also serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator.
