Steven R. Shaw

Mr. Shaw has over 20 years experience handling commercial real estate sales purchases. He represents clients on matters involving environmental compliance and remediation, commercial lease transactions, secured loan transactions and construction financing. His practice also includes commercial and residential development, summary proceedings and mortgage foreclosures. Mr. Shaw is the leader of the Firm's Real Estate practice group and has served as a member of the Firm's Executive Committee.
