Robert H. Altman

Mr. Altman has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and most recently with the law firms of Altman & Wolfson, LLP and Bryan Cave, LLP. He has been closely involved with a wide range of businesses, from New York Stock Exchange companies to start-ups, and has assisted in numerous venture capital financing transactions. Mr. Altman served as an executive officer and member of the board of directors of Fay's Incorporated and helped negotiate the sale of Fay's to J.C. Penney Company, Inc. He also served as President and CEO of a $200 million global multimedia publishing company. Mr. Altman has lectured on venture financing and capital formation at the Stern School of Business at New York University and at the School of Management, Division of Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises at Syracuse University. He is the leader of the Firm’s Corporate practice group.
