Richard W. Cook

Mr. Cook has over 30 years experience in the areas of Corporate and Banking law. He represents clients in merger and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters. He also handles a variety of banking transactions, including asset-based lending, syndicated loans, letters of credit and general commercial matters. Mr. Cook is the leader of the Firm's Public Finance practice and has served as the Firm's Managing Partner. He is listed as approved bond counsel in the "Red Book" and has represented issuers and credit parties for manufacturing, civic facility and health care facility bonds. He also represents municipalities issuing general obligation and revenue bonds.
