Melinda B. Bowe

Ms. Burdick Bowe has extensive experience representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law including collective bargaining, contract administration and grievance arbitration. She represents several school districts concerning both education and employment law matters. She also has extensive experience adjudicating before administrative agencies, including the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York State PERB. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Burdick Bowe represented over 20 school districts as Director of Personnel and Labor Relations with the Madison-Oneida Board of Cooperative Educational Services.
