Kenneth P. Holden is a partner in the Real Estate Practice. His practice includes representation of local and national clients in commercial sales and purchases, commercial lease transactions, commercial loans and foreclosures, and the representation of land trusts and property owners in the acquisition of conservation easements. Mr. Holden also represents property owners with respect to cell tower leasing, natural gas leasing and related matters.

  • Served as real estate counsel for a national corporation’s site acquisition and subsequent construction of a 635,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility involving multiple state financial incentives.
  • Represented lenders on multiple commercial foreclosures and workouts involving golf courses, health care facilities, industrial facilities, and office buildings.
  • Served as real estate counsel for a national corporation in the simultaneous acquisition of 26 Central New York retail sites.
  • Served as real estate counsel for a group of orthodontists relating to the acquisition, financing and renovation of a professional office and medical building.
  • Represented large-tract property owners in the negotiation of natural gas leases and related matters.
  • Served as counsel for land trusts in the negotiation and purchase of agricultural conservation easements.
