Joseph T. Mancuso

Mr. Mancuso represents clients on matters involving business formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, conventional and tax-exempt financing transactions and commercial transactions. He has served as a speaker and panelist for the New York State Bar Association and at professional seminars. Mr. Mancuso is the Firm's Hiring Partner and Chair of the Hiring Committee.
