John L. Murad is a partner in the Litigation Practice and a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts for 25 years, involving product liability, health care defense, commercial disputes and environmental litigation. Mr. Murad serves as a mediator for personal injury and commercial litigation matters for the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. He currently serves as a Trustee of the State University of New York (SUNY), which is a statewide appointed public office, confirmed by the Senate.
