R. John Clark

Mr. Clark has over 20 years experience representing clients in the corporate, banking and commercial transactions areas. He regularly represents clients in complex secured lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and technology transfer/licensing matters. Mr. Clark also has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations and debt restructuring and is the leader of the Firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice group.
