Christopher R. Smith

Mr. Smith focuses his practice on environmental law. Prior to joining the Firm, he represented clients in areas related to mined land reclamation law, zoning, local land use legislation and permitting. He served as Assistant District Attorney for the Martin County Attorney's Office in Fairmont, Minnesota and Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Robert D. Walker, Fairmont, Minnesota. Mr. Smith served as Law Clerk for Lower Colorado River Authority; Segal, McCambridge, Singer and Mahoney, LLP; and Porter, Rodgers, Dahlman and Gordon, PC representing clients in environmental issues.
