W. Carroll Coyne

Over the course of a long and distinguished career, Mr. Coyne has concentrated his practice on representing public and private employers in connection with a broad range of labor and employment issues. He was Chief Negotiator for the Syracuse City School District and the Oswego City School District. He previously served as Managing Partner of the Firm and was a long time member of the Executive Committee. He also chaired the Firm’s Labor and Employment Department. Mr. Coyne has frequently lectured on various employment and labor relations topics.
